Manahawkin Man, 70, Had Child Porn On His Computer
Robert Williams is in the Ocean County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.

The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office arrested a Manahawkin man early Thursday morning after child pornography was found on his computer, spokesman Al Della Fave said.
Robert Williams, 70, Galleon Road, was arrested at 7 a.m. and charged with one count of possession of child pornography, Della Fave said.
The Ocean County Prosecutor’s High Tech Crime Unit, with assistance from the Megan’s Law Unit and the Stafford Township Police Department, acted after receiving a tip from the New Jersey State Parole Office, he said.

"While conducting a routine parole visit, Williams was found to be on social networks, which was in violation of his court mandated Community Supervision for Life imposed during sentencing for a prior sexual assault," Della Fave said.
Parole then contacted the Prosecutor's Office. A warrant was issued and images of prepubescent children engaged in sexual acts was found on Williams' computer, he said.
