Monica Fox Of Barnegat Dies At 43

Monica Fox, 43 of Barnegat, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends at home, on Tuesday, October 13, 2015.

Born in Perth Amboy, she lived in Old Bridge before moving to Barnegat 15 years ago.

Monica worked for Mac Cosmetics for 15 years in Monmouth and Ocean County. She was recently employed by Stafford Township Board of Education as a secretary.

She was a loving, devoted wife, mother, sister, daughter and friend. She had the most generous loving heart, always putting others before herself, and she touched many lives with her presence. She is survived by her husband David, her two sons Ethan and Trevor, her mother Iris (Socratous) Pierou, her sister Joann, her father-in-law and mother-in- law Ken and Bonnie Fox, brother-in-law Brian and wife Lisa Fox and her sister-in-law Traci and her husband Dylan Jones. She also leaves many loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday at the Silverton Memorial Funeral Home, 2482 Church Rd, Toms River. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday at St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church, Toms River, internment to follow Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River. www.silvertonmemorial.com
