Ocean County Drug Force Team Arrests Two Waretown Residents On Multiple Drug Charges
Todd Faulch and Desiree Rakoski are both lodged in the Ocean County Jail in lieu of $75,000 cash bail each.

Law enforcement officials from the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office and members of the Ocean Township police department arrested two Waretown residents on multiple drug charges after a short-term investigation, Capt. Jack Sramaty said.
They identified a home at 34 Dock Road in Waretown that was being used to store and distribute quantities of prescription pills, he said.
Officers from both departments executed a search warrant at 34 Dock Road during the early afternoon hours of Aug. 5, he said.

They arrested Todd Faulch, 43, 34 Dock Road, Ocean Township. He was charged with two counts of possession of Xanax, two counts of possession of Xanax with intent to distribute, one count of possession of Oxycodone, one count of possession of Oxycodone with intent to distribute and one count of distribution of Oxycodone. His bail was set at $75,000 cash. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River.
Also arrested was Desiree Rakoski, 52, 34 Dock Road, Ocean Township. She was charged with two counts of possession of Xanax, two counts of possession of Xanax with intent to distribute, two counts of distribution of Xanax, one count of possession of Oxycodone, one count of possession of Oxycodone with intent to distribute and one count of distribution of Oxycodone. Her bail was also set at $75,000 cash. She was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, Sramaty said.
