Ocean County's Open House Weekend is this April

Spring is coming to wake up New Jersey from her snowy slumber! After all of the winter holidays and sudden snowstorms, the housing market is ready to welcome the Open House season.

The Ocean County Board of REALTORS® has declared April 18th and 19th to be Open House Weekend to kick off the spring selling season. Open houses can be very beneficial for home sellers as their homes get more exposure to potential buyers. Anyone interested in selling their home and having it featured in the Open House weekend should contact their local participating REALTOR® for more information.
