Owner Of Nick's Horizon Diner In Stafford Indicted On Tax Evasion Charges
Nikolaos Psaros also failed to pay payroll taxes on diner and Mariner's Cove restaurant in Brielle

A federal grand jury recently indicted an area restaurant owner for failing to report $606,974 on his personal tax returns and failing to pay payroll taxes, according to app.com.
The Internal Revenue Service said Nikolaos Psaros, who owns Nick‘s Horizon Diner in Stafford and Mariner‘s Cove in Brielle had revenue of more than $1 million for each restaurant in 2009 and 2010.
Psaros is accused of maintaining two payroll systems at both restaurants. One system he reported to the IRS and the other was a cash payroll system that was not reported, authorities said.
