Owners Of $4 Million Loveladies Home Sue Long Beach Township Over Beach Access

Family claims in suit that property is now a public access point because they refused to sign an easement.

The owners of a $4 million oceanfront home in Loveladies are suing Long Beach Township because they claim the township is using their property as a public access point since they refused to grant an easement for the Army Corps of Engineers dune restoration project, according to app.com.

The family trust’s lawyer says the family would be willing to grant the easement, but don’t want their property to be used as a beach access point, the Asbury Park Press story states.
