Party seating begins at 8:30 pm and Cocktail hour begins at 8:30 pm (B.Y.O.B) During cocktail hour appetizers will be served buffet style including Shrimp Cocktail, Fried Calamari, Eggplant Rollatini, Assorted Crostini and Baked Clams. Soup or salads will be served beginning at 9:30 followed by your entree from their specially created New Years Celebration Menu: Beef Wellington Chicken, Cordon Blue, NY Strip Steak and Crab Stuffed Flounder. Party Favors will be handed out after dinner. Champagne toast at the stroke of midnight to ring in the New Year followed by coffee and dessert.
