Search For Manahawkin Man With Dementia Continues: Police

Bu Quach, 65, was last seen Nov. 2 at the Manahawkin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Bu Quach has been missing from the Manahawkin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center since around 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 2. The search for Quach, who has dementia, is still ongoing, according to police.

“Unfortunately, there is no new information to report, but Bu Quach’s missing persons investigation remains open," said Stafford Lt. James R. Vaughn. "In the past several weeks and months, there hasn’t been any new leads, information or developments.”

Quach, 65, is 5-foot-3 and about 120 pounds. His hair is salt-and-pepper dark brown and gray. His hair has grown longer since the above photo provided by Stafford police. He has a shaved/short hair goatee and was last seen wearing a red sweater, dark green pant, and yellow wristband.

The Quach family also created a GoFundMe for Quach's search on Nov. 7. Funds support search supplies, foot and water for search-party volunteers and legal actions.
