Some In Barnegat, Manahawkin May Not Get Power Until Friday
Atlantic City Electric and JCP&L show estimated restoration times of Friday afternoon and evening for some of Barnegat and Manahawkin.
BARNEGAT, NJ — Some people in Barnegat and Manahawkin may not regain electricity until Friday afternoon or evening, according to projections from Jersey Central Power & Light and Atlantic City Electric.
Following Thursday's storms, 475 remain without power in Barnegat, according to JCP&L. The electric company estimates restoration at 6 p.m. Friday.
It is difficult to tell how many people still don't have power in Stafford on ACE's outage map. But some of Stafford shows an estimated restoration time of 3 p.m. Friday.

Thunderstorms and severe winds brought down trees and power lines throughout New Jersey. At one point, it left more than 100,000 without power in the Garden State.
