Southern Regional's 'Buddy Club Prom' Coming Up

POAC is sponsoring a free "Buddy Club" prom for special needs teens in cooperation with Southern Regional High School on May 20 ,school district spokesperson Marilyn Doherty said.

The event is open to special needs individuals ages 13 to 21, regardless of where they live, and their siblings. No children 12 and under will be admitted.

The prom will run from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the 9/10 cafeteria, 600 North Main Street in Manahawkin. The night will include appetizers, drinks and desserts. A parent/guardian is required to remain onsite for the duration of the event. Please at www.poac.net before May 6.
