St. Francis 12th Annual Ocean Plunge On LBI Coming Up on Super Bowl Sunday

Get your exercise done early on Super Bowl Sunday at St. Francis Community Center’s 12th Annual Super Plunge coming up this weekend.

Pre-registration for the event is required. The cost is $30 per person, $15 per student. All proceeds will benefit the St. Francis Community Center and Southern Regional High School swim teams.

The alcohol-free event gets underway at 1 p.m. on the 48th Street beach in Brant Beach. You’ll be home in plenty of time for the big game.

Prizes Will be awarded for the most funds raised, the oldest and youngest plungers, best costume and more, according to the St. Francis Community Center website.
