Stafford Goes Out To Bid For $500,000 Liquor License, Report Says


One more business will be able to serve alcohol in Stafford, as the Township Council approved a public sale of a liquor license for May 14, with the minimum bid at $500,000, according to a report in the Asbury Park Press.

The sale will provide a one-time shot of a half million dollars for the township’s revenue, but Stafford council members discussed what type of business the license would allow.
