Stafford Hydrant Flushing Could Temporarily Affect Running Water

The hydrant flushing may discolor water or temporarily decrease water pressure. Here's the schedule.

MANAHAWKIN, NJ — Stafford officials will conduct hydrant flushing next week, which could temporarily result in discoloration and decreased water pressure.

Hydrant flushing takes place to supply safe and palatable drinking water. Flushing will occur between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day. Here is the schedule.

Monday: Fawn Lakes, Atlantic Hills, Club Premier
