Stafford Man Charged In Heroin Death: Prosecutor
The Stafford man sold a Beachwood man heroin and fentanyl before the death, the prosecutor said.

A Stafford Township man was arrested Wednesday for his alleged role in a drug-induced death, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office announced.
Jobe M. Bizzarro, 27, of Stafford Township was charged after an investigation of the death of Steven Large, 56, of Beachwood, the prosecutor announced. Bizzarro was accused of selling heroin to the victim.
The Ocean County Major Crimes Unit determined that Bizzarro sold heroin to Large on the evening of Dec. 5, the prosecutor said. Toxicology reports revealed heroin and fentanyl in Large's system, the prosecutor said.

Bizzarro was charged with strict liability drug-induced death, distributing or dispensing heroin and fentanyl, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, the prosecutor said.
He was lodged in Ocean County jail pending a detention hearing, according to the prosecutor.
