Stockton Hosts Teacher Information Workshop
Workshop will be held at the Manahawkin site, on March 15.

Take the first step toward a career in education by attending a free workshop outlining The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey’s undergraduate and graduate programs for aspiring teachers.
Stockton’s School of Education will hold a free teacher information workshop on Friday, March 15 at Stockton’s Manahawkin Instructional Site, located at 712 E. Bay Avenue in Manahawkin.
The hour-long session, which begins at 2 p.m., is designed for anyone who is interested in becoming an elementary or secondary school teacher and will outline the path to teacher certification in New Jersey. Participants are asked to bring their transcripts, which will be reviewed and evaluated.

For current teachers, a graduate program information session will follow from 3 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Representatives will be present to answer questions and distribute materials on three master’s programs at Stockton, the Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, the Master of Arts in Education and the Master of Arts in Instructional Technology.
