Thanksgiving Garbage, Recycling Collection In Barnegat, Stafford
Normal pickup hours are disrupted this week due to the holiday. Here's what to expect.
BARNEGAT-MANAHAWKIN, NJ — Thanksgiving is here, and the holiday is impacting regular trash and recycling pickup. Here are the changes and what to expect.
Barnegat
- Route 3 Trash (Thursday) will be picked up on Friday
- Route 4 Recycling (Thursday) will be picked up on Friday
- Route 4 Trash (Friday) will be picked up on Saturday
- Route 1 Recycling (Friday) will be picked up Saturday
Also, the Recycling Center at 5 Lippencott Ave. will be open on Nov. 26 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Stafford
- Thursday - no trash Zone 4 and no recycling Zone 3
- Friday - Zone 4 trash pickup only, no recycling Zone 4
- Recycling for Zone 3 and 4 will resume on the next scheduled pickup day
