Thomas W. Van Horn, 48, of Barnegat passed away on Dec. 14, 2014 at home.
Formerly of Paterson, Thomas worked as a Corrections Officer for the Albert C. Wagner Youth Correctional Facility in Bordentown.
Surviving are his beloved wife, Lori (Mitchener); three loving children, Jayme, Mitchell and Cassadi; his parents, Frederick and Audrey Van Horn; a brother, Scott Van Horn; a sister, Theresa Slonim.
The viewing will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. onSaturday, Dec. 20 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. Blessing to follow at 12:30 p.m. with interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Manahawkin.
