Victor German Ruiz, Founder Of Oncology Department At Southern Ocean County Hospital, Dies

Dr. Victor German Ruiz, of Manahawkin, New Jersey passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016.

A physician for over four decades, German was a well-respected and beloved oncologist and internist at Southern Ocean County Hospital (SOCH) and Stafford Medical, P.A. German served as the medical director of SOCH. He was the founder of the oncology department at SOCH and co-founder of Stafford Medical, P.A.

Left to cherish his memories is his dear wife, Maria Pilar Ruiz; his children David and Daniel Ruiz.
