Waretown Search Leads To Pot, 1,100 THC Cartridges: Prosecutor

Officials said they found a Lawrenceville man with two pounds of marijuana, 400 THC vaping cartridges and 100 hand-rolled marijuana cigars.

A man was found with 10 pounds of pot, over 1,000 THC vaping cartridges and 100 hand-rolled marijuana cigars after his vehicle was searched in Waretown, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office announced Wednesday. Authorities discovered marijuana in Daniel Maciejewski's vehicle during a Tuesday traffic stop, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.

Police found approximately two pounds of marijuana, 400 THC vaping cartridges and 100 marijuana cigars in the vehicle search, officials said. Maciejewski, 20, of Lawrenceville, was subsequently taken to the Ocean Township Police Department, Billhimer said.

Authorities searched Maciejewski's residence and found another eight pounds of marijuana, about 700 THC vaping cartridges, five ounces of "shatter" (a marijuana/THC liquid concentrate), marijuana edibles, drug paraphernalia and a large quantity of cash, Billhimer said.
