$180K Playground Replacement At Dunham Park To Begin Monday

The new playground features separate units for ages 2 - 5 and 5-12, rock wall climbers, inclusive play pieces, and a 19' tall climbing net.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Harry Dunham Park playground will be getting a facelift beginning next week.

The playground will be closed on Monday, Aug. 29 through Sept. 16. The playground is anticipated to reopen on Sept. 17.

All equipment at the park off Liberty Corner Road is being replaced except for the swings, said Jennifer Gander, Director of Township Parks & Recreation.

The total cost was about $180,000, which was approved as part of the Township’s capital budget, said Gander.
