2 Somerset County Fugitives Captured
A Manville woman and a Basking Ridge/Bridgewater woman were both captured after being listed as Somerset County's Fugitive of the Week.

MANVILLE, NJ — Two Somerset County fugitives were arrested recently by the prosecutor's office including one woman thanks to anonymous tips.
Rebecca Carlin, a Basking Ridge and Bridgewater woman, was also captured on Saturday "thanks to the citizens of Somerset County for the anonymous STOPit reports," the SCPO reported.

Carlin was listed as SCPO Fugitive of the Week on June 28 and captured two days later on June 30. She was wanted on a warrant issued on June 11 for a failure to appear in Somerset County Superior Court for the original charge of third-degree possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS).

Wendy DiCellis, whose last known address was South Main Street in Manville, was arrested on June 26 after being listed as Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Fugitive in April.
DiCellis was wanted on two warrants issued on April 4 for a failure to appear in Somerset County Superior Court for the original charges of third-degree credit card theft and fraud and third-degree possession of controlled dangerous substances (CDS).
