ARTsee Show Launches With Sunday Farmstead Arts Reception
Local exhibit with about two dozern artists from thea area will continue through Aug. 20, and is preparation for first planned Bernardsville-Basking Ridge Art Studio planned for Oct. 2.

A reception from 1-4 p.m. on Sunday is part of this weekend's launch of an ARTsee Sneak Preview Exhibit and Sale at the Farmstead Arts at 450 King George Road in Basking Ridge.
The event invites artists of any media to come to Farmstead Arts at any time to be inspired to create works of art.
Starting at 1 p.m., the “paint out” will continue with a reception to open the ARTsee exhibit and sale. The free reception invites the public and artists to enjoy artwork, live music, refreshments, and a silent auction.

The exhibit, showcasing 23 local artists from the Somerset Hills with more than 50 works in a variety of media, will run through August 20.
The artists, including many from Basking Ridge and Bernardsville, include Alex Bigatti, Filip Everaert, Frank Gubernat, Hilary Klimek, Cinder LeDell, Kristina Lloyd, Rabbi Yitzchok Moully of Chabad Jewish Center at Basking Ridge, Beth Murphy, Caren Frost Olmsted, Letty Oratowski, Frank Pietrucha, Lorraine Regan, Nancy Robinson, Mavash Saba of Basking Ridge; Jeff Bosie, Holly Fazelat, Susan Gast, Brigid Glynn-Young, Patrick Healy, Gail Mardfin Michelle and Lorenzo Marigliano of Bernardsville; Susanna Kopchains of Far Hills; and Joanne Devine of Elizabeth.

The ARTsee show is a preliminary event that will lead into the first Bernardsville-Basking Ridge Artists Studio Tour, scheduled for Sunday, October 2. A portion of the proceeds from the sale will benefit Farmstead Arts.
The exhibit and sale will continue with gallery hours from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturdays through August 20. All events are free and open to the public.
