BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The Congregation B'nai Israel in Basking Ridge and the Islamic Society of Basking Ridge (ISBR) will co-host a vigil on Thursday night for the victims of the terrorist attack on the two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand.
