Basking Ridge Local Among 2 Arrested For DUI In Warren
A Basking Ridge and an East Windsor local were arrested for driving under the influence in Warren on Thursday, police report.

WARREN, NJ — Two people were arrested Thursday for driving under the influence in Warren, police reported.
On Dec. 22 at 1:02 a.m.: Vicahi Soysouvanh, 32, of Basking Ridge was arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) following a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 78 West. He was transported to headquarters, processed, issued multiple summonses and released to a family member with a mandatory court date.
On Dec. 22 at 8:47 p.m.: Justin M. Labbe, 32, of East Windsor was arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) following a motor vehicle stop on Mt. Bethel Road near Sydenham Road. He was transported to headquarters, processed, issued multiple summonses and released to a friend with a mandatory court date.
