On May 4 to May 7: All major roadways remained open without any need for a long duration road closures or detours during President Donald Trump's visit. Traffic volume was heavier than normal which may have been related to VNA sale in Far Hills. The posted “No Stopping or Standing” areas proactively deterred motorists from causing traffic safety issues. Bedminster Police recorded four motor vehicle enforcement contacts for the posted no stopping zone. All demonstrator activity was conducted in a peaceful fashion. The only issue noted was that some demonstrators parked in the library parking lot instead of on the public street.
