Basking Ridge Local Arrested For Marijuana In Bridgewater
Five arrests for driving while intoxicated, warrants and drug possession were reported along with a home burglary in Bridgewater: Police.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A Basking Ridge local was among five arrested in Bridgewater Township for driving while intoxicated, warrants and drug possession, according to the police blotter.
On Feb. 17, Clayton Simon, 20, of Basking Ridge was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana), after being stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Washington Valley Road, police reported.
After being processed for the arrest, Simon was issued the following motor vehicle summonses and criminal complaints: failure to maintain traffic lane, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, obstructed view, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released with a pending court appearance.

On Feb. 10: Jamie Huezo-Dubon, 22, of Plainfield was arrested for DWI after he was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on US Highway 22 East. Huezo-Dubon was processed for the arrest and issued motor vehicle summonses for driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to chemical testing of his breath, failure to maintain traffic lane, reckless driving, careless driving and possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle. He released with a pending court appearance.

On Feb. 15: Vincenza Miele, 53, of Bridgewater was arrested for DWI following a motor vehicle crash which occurred on Finderne Avenue. After being processed for the arrest Miele was issued the following motor vehicle summonses: driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to maintain traffic lane and possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle. He was released with a pending court appearance.
On Feb. 16: Dion Spencer, 40, of Somerville was arrested for an outstanding warrant, after being stopped for a motor vehicle violation on US Highway 22 West. In addition, he was found to be in possession of marijuana. After being processed for the arrest, Spencer was issued the following motor vehicle summons and criminal complaint: maintenance of lamps and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana). Spencer was released with a pending court appearance.
On Feb. 23: Miguel Hernandez, 31, of Somerville was arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was lodged in the Somerset County Jail.
On Feb. 24: A resident of Harry Road reported a burglary to their residence. Unknown actor(s) forcibly
entered the residence, but nothing was stolen.
