Basking Ridge Primary Election 2023: See Who's Running
The filing deadline for the primary election was Monday. See who will be on the ballot:
BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The filing deadline for the primary election was Monday and multiple candidates have thrown their hats in the ring for Township Committee.
Republican Candidates include Gary Baumann and Tyler Seville. Opposing Democratic Candidates include Puiwan Lily Wong and Ana Duarte McCarthy.
There are two open seats on the Township Committee as current members James Baldassare Jr. and Kathleen Grochela are not seeking re-election.

Currently, the Bernards Township Committee is entirely made up of Republican candidates.
Along with the township committee race, there are four candidates running for two seats on the Somerset County Commission.

Incumbent Democratic Candidates include Paul Drake of Hillsborough and Doug Singleterry of North Plainfield.
Opposing Republican Candidates include Donald Lemma of Gladstone and Daniel Gallic of Warren.
Primary Election Day is June 6 in New Jersey.
