“It is truly an honor to be selected once again to be section chief. County Clerks and Registers are facing unique challenges as we deal with elections and land title recording during a time when many offices are closed to the public and social distancing requirements strain our resources,” said County Clerk Peter. “Groups like COANJ allow us to explore innovative ways to carry out our constitutional duties and speak with a united voice with Trenton.”

The Constitutional Officers Association of New Jersey, which is celebrating their 100th anniversary of service to New Jersey residents, held the installation ceremony for 2020-2021 officers on Thursday, Sept. 24, via Zoom.
