Book Signing For Basking Ridge's Mom's New Children's Book Set
The Meet & Greet for "Mismatched Socks" will be held at The Guest House in Basking Ridge.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — To spread the news about her newest book, Basking Ridge author Amy Kerns will be hosting a book signing for her second children's book "Mismatched Socks'.
The author "Meet & Greet" and book signing for "Mismatched Socks" will be held at The Guest House at 52 S Finley Ave. in Basking Ridge on Saturday, March 25 from noon to 3 p.m.
The story is "based on my family and the tons of mismatched socks we have," said Kerns.

Kerns has two children close in age so she was constantly finding socks but in different patterns and sizes. Worried that she was sending her son to daycare with mismatched socks, it suddenly donned on her. Read More: Basking Ridge Mom Publishes Second Children's Book With Life Lesson
"At the end of the day as long as they have socks on their feet and their feet are warm, they are good to go," said Kerns.

This lesson transcends to adults as well, said Kerns.

Mismatched Socks is available for preorders now and will be released on March 20. Kerns is hoping to do some book signings and readings locally as well.
