Friends of Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge will present the August Second Sunday Program, Osprey: Master Angler, on August 9, 2026, from 1:30-3:00 PM.
Join Steven Wiener, recently retired scientist, as he uses his photography to take us into the world of the Osprey. These raptors are specialists and everything about them, from head to toe, is designed for one thing – to catch fish. Steve will delve into their breeding and raising the next generation.
This hybrid program will be held:
·In person at the Helen C. Fenske Visitor Center, 32 Pleasant Plains Rd., Harding Township, NJ 07920.
·Virtually on Zoom
Registration is required for both and can be done online at ttsu.me/osprey.
