Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Sold Plants To Support Local Veterans For Cares Day
Basking Ridge Real Estate Agents Give Back
BASKING RIDGE, N.J. – (June 14, 2016) – Volunteers from the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage real estate office in Basking Ridge sold over $1,400 worth of plants on April 23 to benefit local veterans as part of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Day event.
The sale of flowers and other potted plants benefitted Friends for Vets. This organization’s mission is to support “a veteran's journey of recovery through employment.”
“It felt good to be able to help those who have given so much for all of us,” said Ann Moore, branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Basking Ridge. “Thanks to all who were able to attend and show their support.”

All 52 real estate offices affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. gave back to local communities via charitable efforts as part of the fourth annual Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Day event. In total, more than700 volunteers worked a combined 3,000-plus hours during Cares Day. They collected multiple carloads of food, clothes and other needed goods, as well as more than $9,000 in financial donations for local charities through Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares’ primary purpose is to provide financial assistance to charitable organizations where Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has a presence.
