The Environmental Education Center, 190 Lord Stirling Road in Basking Ridge, New Jersey will host a free exhibit, “Plants, Animals, and Insects – Perfect Together!” beginning Saturday, April 30 and running through Sunday, May 29, 2016. The exhibit is open to the public daily from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

“Plants, Animals, and Insects – Perfect together!” is an exhibit of the works of three individuals that covers the gamut of creatures living in and around the Great Swamp.

Artist Guy D’Alessandro uses acrylics as his medium to show a wide range of mammals, birds, and plants. Susan Brand, member of the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators, employs multiple mediums including watercolors and printmaking techniques to depict flora and fauna. Diane Cawley, from the MGKeepBuggingMe Team, displays information on pollinators and other insects to complete the plant and animal web of nature.
