Helicopter, Police Search For Car Thieves in Warren, Basking Ridge
Alleged thieves fled from a stolen car after it crashed on Sunday night prompting a man hunt: police

Basking Ridge, NJ - A helicopter was flying over Basking Ridge and Warren on Sunday night as it searched for car thieves.
Warren Township Police asked Bernards Township officers for assistance in a search of suspects who fled the scene after they crashed a stolen car at the intersection of King George Road and Valley Road on June 19 at at 10:57 p.m., Bernards Township Police reported.
The New Jersey State Police aviation unit also was called in to operate a low flying helicopter in and around the King George and Spring Valley Blvd areas.

"It is believed that the suspects fled the area and there is no outstanding danger to the public regarding this incident," police reported.
