Meet Bernards Township School Board Candidates Light And Nastro

Kirsten Light and Lawrence J. Nastro are hosting an in-person meet and greet with them on Saturday.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Two candidates running for election on the Bernards Township Board of Education, Kirsten Light and Lawrence J. Nastro, will be hosting an in-person meet and greet on Saturday.

Both Light and Nastro are running for a seat on the board under the slogan "For Bernards Children."

The Meet the Candidates event will be held at Mountain Park Field at 2-114 Mountain Road in Basking Ridge on Saturday, Oct. 23 from 10 a.m. to noon.

Light is running for one of the three, three-year seats on the school board against Robin McKeon, Tim Salmon, and Guddia Singh and Carl Bird.

Lawrence J. Nastro is running for the one unexpired two-year seat against challenger Ruchika Hira.
