Join us for "Reducing Stress Through Meditation" on Thursday, June 23, 2016 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Bernards Township Library. Hear about the extraordinary effect of meditation to reduce stress-related responses, improve concentration, enhance clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. Learn a simple, yet powerful, meditation technique that can enrich one's life personally, professionally, and spiritually.
Presenter, Jim Rose, M Ed., Rutgers University, is a retired executive of Johnson & Johnson. He has 35 years of experience in Human Resources management, employee development and conflict resolution. Jim currently provides workshops and training to groups throughout the world where he connects meditation and spiritual development to important aspects of our lives. He has been meditating for over 30 years and now focuses much of his time on his own spiritual development and in helping others who wish to do the same.
