RHS Technology & Engineering Education Classes Team Up With Their Parents For Night Event

On Tuesday, May 17th and Wednesday, May 18th, Ridge High School Technology and Engineering Education teacher Frank Caccavale held two evenings for his Introduction to Woodworking students to come back to school and work on their projects. The unique part of these evenings was that it wasn’t just students who were invited, but their parents as well. Parents spent several hours each night working alongside their students, learning how to use different woodworking tools and helping their students continue working on their individual projects. Parents and students left the evening smiling and looking forward to coming back again soon!  Mr. Caccavale hopes to plan more of these night events in the future.
