SOMERVILLE, NJ – Due to inclement weather, the Office on Aging & Disability Services is temporarily closed on Tuesday, Feb. 2. Clients and caregivers who need information and assistance should call 908-704-6346 or toll-free at 1-888-747-1122. Clients should leave a brief message with their name and phone number and staff will return calls soon as possible.

Grab and Go Lunch service is canceled for Tuesday, Feb. 2. Clients are encouraged to use their shelf-stable meals.
Meals on Wheels will not be delivered on Tuesday, Feb. 2. Clients are encouraged to use the frozen snow meals delivered earlier in the season. Clients who do not have frozen meals or have lost power can eat their shelf-stable or Heater Meals that were previously delivered. Directions for how to heat the meal without a power source are located on the package. Heater Meals are NOT intended for use in the microwave oven.

Zoom Programs : Although county-operated senior wellness centers are temporarily closed due to the pandemic, Zoom programs are still available to senior center clients. Click here to view a list of classes and programs.
County-operated senior wellness centers are managed by the Somerset County Office on Aging and Disability Services. The multi-purpose facilities offer a variety of activities including educational programs, health and wellness information and a stimulating social setting.
The Office on Aging and Disability Services connects seniors, their caregivers and adults with disabilities to the programs and services they need to remain independent and active in their community.
