SOMERVILLE, NJ — The Somerset County Sheriff’s Office will be collecting unwrapped toys as part of the annual Toys for Tots collection.

Locals can drop off any new toy at the Sheriff’s headquarters, located in the lower level of the Somerset County Administration Building at 20 Grove St. in Somerville, now through Dec. 12. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

“One of goals of the Sheriff’s Office is to see many children’s wishes come true,” said Sheriff Frank Provenzano. “We’re calling on county residents to open their hearts to the less fortunate. Together, we will be able to make a child’s holiday especially joyful.”
