• Girls Soccer: Ridge Upsets Bayonne, 3-2, in State Tournament Opener (TAPinto Basking Ridge) — Bayonne High School’s girls soccer team was edged 3-2 at home by 14th-seeded Ridge in the opening round of the state tournament, despite a strong comeback from a 2-0 deficit. Bayonne keeper Kali Dux-O'Sullivan made nine saves, and Samara Porch scored twice to briefly tie the game before Ridge netted the late winner.
