Join us for a delicious culinary experience where you'll learn to make Mathis House famous homemade Zucchini Parmesan Soup. Ms. Vicki Weiss will guide you through every step, and afterward you'll be able to take some home with the recipe cards.
After the presentation you will enjoy a fulfilling comfort dinner buffet including:
- Mashed Potato Bar
- Chicken Corn Chili Bar
- Macaroni and Cheese with caramelized bacon
- Mix greens salad
- Pulled pork sliders

Celebrate the season with a Summer Victorian Afternoon Tea with seating times 11 AM to 3 PM. The five course presentation of seasonal soup, salad, a warm scone with clotted cream, a variety of tea sandwiches and a plate of desserts with a full pot of gourmet tea per person. The event includes live music and complimentary champagne. The tea time takes approximately two hours. Call 732-818-7580 to make your reservation.
