• Nearly 20K square feet of retail space under construction in Bedminster (njbiz.com) — Nearly 20,000 square feet of new retail space is under construction at Bedminster Village Square along Route 206, with four buildings expected to open in 2027 and geared toward food uses and outdoor dining. The project, next to Freshpet’s new headquarters, will add patios, a central courtyard, office enhancements, and improved pedestrian links to Bedminster’s hike-and-bike trail, expanding shopping and dining choices for residents and workers.
