• FDA grants breakthrough status to Juniper hypoxia tracer for radiation de-escalation in HPV-positive OPC (allsci.com) — A Bedminster-based company, Juniper Biosciences, just earned coveted FDA Breakthrough Therapy status for its cancer-imaging tracer, a major validation that could boost the local biotech sector. The designation speeds development of a PET scan tool that may safely cut radiation doses for many HPV-positive throat cancer patients while maintaining strong survival rates shown in early trials.

• Men's Golf Announces 2026-27 Slate - University of Connecticut Athletics (uconnhuskies.com) — Bedminster golf fans can look forward to UConn’s men’s team competing at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster on April 17–18, 2027, as part of the Rutgers Invitational. The tournament will serve as the Huskies’ final tune-up before postseason play, bringing a strong collegiate field and added visibility to the local course and community.
