You can either bag leaves in biodegradable bags or sweep them into curbside piles, keeping them at least 10 feet from storm drains. Questions can go to the county public works department.
• Belleville Has Them. Montclair Is Next: Parking Ticket Cameras Expand in N.J. (montclairlocal.news) — Parking ticket cameras are already enforcing no-parking zones at busy Belleville intersections, issuing hundreds of tickets while police say they improve safety near crosswalks and schools. Local business owners and drivers are adjusting to the technology, as officials weigh expanding it in Belleville and other New Jersey towns amid ongoing concerns about privacy and digital surveillance.
