A seasoned litigator, Iacullo brings nearly three decades of criminal defense experience to the firm, during which time he focused his practice on representing clients facing serious criminal charges, including wire and healthcare fraud, drug offenses, sexual assaults, robbery, kidnapping, money laundering, racketeering, and murder, in both state and federal courts. He has represented thousands of clients, including high-profile individuals, in numerous jurisdictions, including New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Connecticut, Florida, and California. Among the high-profile matters Iacullo has handled are “Bridgegate,” when he represented Governor Christie’s press secretary in hearings before the House and Senate committee regarding the lane closures of the George Washington Bridge; the Asbury Park Mayor in a federal bribery trial concerning the redevelopment of Asbury Park waterfront, and his representation of one of 24 West New York police officers in the largest police corruption case in New Jersey’s history.

A former assistant prosecutor at the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office in Hackensack, New Jersey, Iacullo has prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases, including high-profile matters involving drug offenses and homicides.

Iacullo also has extensive appellate experience having appeared before the NJ Appellate Division, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney, he is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court of New Jersey.
He earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Seton Hall University.
Recognized by New Jersey Super Lawyers and a recipient of the “Criminal Trial Attorney Achievement Award” from the Essex County Bar Association, Iacullo is also active in numerous professional organizations, including the New Jersey State Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association’s Criminal Bench-Bar Committee, American Association for Justice, and the Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys of New Jersey. He is also a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
