Belleville Police Hold Drug Raid On Cortlandt Street, Seize Marijuana
Belleville police seized cannabis wax, marijuana, cannabis oil and a gram of cocaine.

BELLEVILLE, NJ — When Tuesday’s narcotics raid in Belleville was over, the pile of contraband on officers’ desks included: 94 grams of cannabis wax, 110 grams of marijuana, 4.6 ounces of cannabis oil and a gram of cocaine.
These were the narcotics seized during Tuesday’s raid, conducted on the 200 block of Cortlandt Street, Belleville police say.
Authorities arrested a 30-year-old Belleville female during the raid and later charged her with narcotics distribution, police said. Her identity and charges were not immediately made available.

Additional arrests are pending, police said Tuesday.
The raid was “the latest in a series of narcotic raids targeting drug dealers in Belleville,” police stated.
