Jets & Giants Ready For Season Kickoff
The New York Giants and Jets look for new beginnings in the upcoming season
With the preseason now in the books, the New York Giants and Jets are one second closer to the season kickoff.
While the Giants are ready to defend their Super Bowl championship, the Jets would like to burn the memory of the off-season drama.
The upcoming NFL season will be of new beginnings for both teams. A season of defending as four time champions is in the works for the Giants, who will kick off the 2012-2013 season. Not only will they start off the season as champs, they will go up against NFC East rival, the Dallas Cowboys.

The Giants will attempt to repeat their championship this season along with a few changes since some players have gone on to new teams.
Meanwhile the Jets will look forward to remend a team that fell apart at the end of the 2011 season. Although the team hopes to get back together as one, drama followed them through out training camp with two incidents involving players. Training camp also featured the team’s newest quarterback Tim Tebow, with comparisons to Sanchez and who would end up with the starting position.

A clean slate can be what the Jets need since the Jets did not win a game in the preseason.
The upcoming season will give both teams a fresh start and both will kick off the season at home at MetLife Stadium.
