An Entertaining Evening of Modern Chamber Works

An Entertaining Evening of Modern Chamber Works - Cali School students  with David Singer (faculty member and Orpheus Chamber Orchestra clarinetist) in Walton's Façade: An Entertainment, with the narrated, witty poetry of Edith Sitwell; Pulitzer Prize–winning composer John Harbison's Wind Quintet, which was commissioned and premiered by David Singer; and Milhaud's The Creation of the World: Chaos, Man and Woman Created, Desire, and Kiss

This concert is part of Peak Performances. (Admission is free for MSU undergraduates, but tickets are required. See ticket information below.)

The John J. Cali School of Music presents concerts by student soloists and ensembles, and by internationally known faculty and guest artists. All events are open to the public.  Tickets may be purchased online (www.peakperfs.org), by phone (973-655-5112) or through the Alexander Kasser Theater Box Office.   The John J. Cali School of Music is part of the University's College of the Arts.
