Registration Card: Fill it out and put it in the Registration Box in the Teen Center at the library. Get three prize tickets just for registering!
Check-Off Log: Use this log in the library to keep track of the number of books/magazines/books on CD or tape that you’ve completed.

How You Win: Reading or Attending Programs: Fill out a prize ticket for every book you read or listen to. Magazines count too! Fill out a ticket for each program you attend. Put your ticket in the Raffle Jar. You can pick up a prize after reading your first 5 books or magazines, and again after reading 10 and 15 books or magazines. At the end of the summer, one lucky winner will be drawn from the raffle tickets. This person will win the Grand Prize: $50.00 iTunes gift card.
Writing a Book Review: For each book review you write, fill out a prize ticket to put in the Raffle Jar for a chance to win the grand prize.
