Good Samaritan From Montclair Finds Missing Nutley Woman: PD

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — A “Good Samaritan” from Montclair recently helped to protect a woman who went missing from an adult day care center in Nutley, authorities said.

According to the Nutley Police Department, an adult day care center in the township reported that a 60-year-old woman “wandered off” on Jan. 15.

After Nutley police issued a town outreach alert, a bystander found the woman walking in Montclair. The Good Samaritan kept the woman safe until officers arrived and returned her home, authorities said.
