This recently opened restaurant offers a quiet spot perfect for a simple family dinner or a romantic New Year’s Eve date. On Dec. 31, Porto will feature a smaller version of their menu, with some traditional meals and light music. Special dishes cost about $25-$30.

Welcome 2012 the Irish way. Michael’s offers a $60 per person open bar from 9 p.m.-2 a.m., with champagne until midnight and a DJ from 9 p.m.-4 a.m.

Rossy’s offers a special holiday menu, with your choice of appetizers, desserts and entrees including Chicken Franchese, Grilled Beef, Baked Salmon and Camarones al Ajillo.
